We are looking for either a part time or full time associate. This position is for a 3 or 5 day work week, and between 25 - 40 hours. We are flexible! The Retail Sales Associate position requires the skills to build customer relationships and problem solving by providing the best customer service possible. The right candidate will be eager to learn about the sleep industry and gain product knowledge through training to best help assist our customers, delivering the best in-store experience possible.

As a Retail Sales Associate on our team you will:

• Welcome guests and provide knowledge and expertise throughout the buying process
• Meet and exceed sales goals monthly
• Follow up with customers in a timely fashion to ensure their experience is top notch
• Build relationships with our customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain the showroom and work area
• Exhibit professionalism in all areas of business, including demeanor and dress
• Demonstrate a passion to grow
• Perform additional job functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
• Ability to move freely on the showroom floor for an extended period. Some heavy lifting required.
